Cl\u0103direa prim\u0103riei, dat\u00e2nd din secolul XVI, e cunoscut\u0103 pentru\u00a0<em>El abuelo Mayorga<\/em>,\u00a0\u00a0o figurin\u0103 uman\u0103 caraghioas\u0103 care bate cu ciocanul la fiecare jum\u0103tate de or\u0103 \u00een clopotul prim\u0103riei. A devenit simbolul ora\u0219ului \u0219i multe pove\u0219ti, reale sau imaginate, se leag\u0103 de ea. De \u00een\u0103l\u021bimi diferite, construite \u00een epoci \u0219i \u00een stiluri diferite, cl\u0103dirile care definesc perimetrul pie\u021bei compun totu\u0219i un ansamblu cu o personalitate nea\u0219teptat de unitar\u0103.
