Pia\u021ba, cu laturi aproape egale, pune al\u0103turi cl\u0103diri \u00een stiluri foarte diferite. A\u00a0fost socotit\u0103 cea mai frumoas\u0103 pia\u021b\u0103 de la nord de Alpi \u0219i e \u00eenconjurat\u0103 pe toate laturile de arcade, a c\u0103ror construc\u021bie \u00eencepe\u00a0\u00een 1503, dup\u0103 un mare incendiu, ce distruge casele anterioare, mai toate de lemn. Scopul arcadelor era de a ad\u0103posti tarabele negustorilor \u0219i de a intermedia intrarea c\u0103tre\u00a0<em>mazhaus<\/em>, cum erau numite camerele mari de la parter.
